Thanks to Zásilkovná, we deliver quickly and conveniently to more than 10,000 delivery points throughout the Czech Republic. Choose the closest one and you will have your package with you in no time!
Shipping details:
- Delivery area: entire Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Delivery days: weekdays, weekends at selected delivery locations
- Delivery time: usually within 24 hours of confirmation of shipment (order by 11:00 if the item is in stock)
- Package weight: maximum 5 kg
How does it work?
- At the pick-up point: You will receive an SMS and email with a password for pickup.
- The package will wait for you for 7 days, or you can extend the period for free up to 21 days.
- You can check the shipment on site, unpack it and, if necessary, return it immediately.
- To the address: We will deliver the package directly to your home.
TIP: Always check the packaging for damage before receiving the package. If you find any damage, do not accept the shipment and contact us.

Do you want to have a package delivered directly to your home? The Parcel in Hand service from Czech Post is the ideal choice!

- Delivery time: 1-2 business days from confirmation of shipment
How does it work?
We will deliver the package directly to your address. If the courier cannot reach you, the shipment will be stored at the nearest Czech Post branch, where you can pick it up.
TIP: Always check the packaging for damage before receiving the package. If you find any irregularities, do not accept the package and contact us.

We offer several ways to conveniently pay for your order:

Return of goods
6. Returns and complaints
6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. This right does not apply to goods made to order.
6.2. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
6.3. Complaints about defective goods can be made by filling out the form and sending the goods back.
We apply a 14-day return policy, which means that you can request a return of an item within 14 days of purchasing it.
An item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have price tags or labels attached, and must be in its original packaging.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the goods are faulty, damaged or the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These are custom-made products (custom orders, personalized goods). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you want to receive your desired item as quickly as possible, please return the item you have and make a separate purchase of the new item once the return is received.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving any reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have price tags or labels attached and must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.

7. Consumer rights
7.1. The Buyer is protected by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
7.2. In the event of a dispute, the buyer may use an out-of-court settlement through the Czech Trade Inspection ( www.coi.cz ).
8. Custom-made goods
8.1. Custom-made goods cannot be returned unless they were manufactured with a defect caused by the seller.
8.2. When placing a custom order, the buyer undertakes to approve the design before production begins.
